About Me

I started training in therapies in 1999 after personally experiencing a time of emotional upset.  I was helped greatly by therapists and in particular hypnotherapy and decided I really wanted to help others who had experienced trauma or emotional distress. My personal experience provides me with a deeper insight and understanding into my client's personal issues.
